Our partner factories are expected to maintain appropriate fire safety systems, emergency preparedness measures, and occupational health procedures in line with applicable local and international standards. We support regular safety training, access to medical facilities, and transparent safety management practices.
Environmental and social considerations are integrated into our sourcing approach. This includes encouraging responsible chemical management, monitoring of working conditions, access to safe drinking water, and adherence to fair wage and child labor regulations. Through ongoing engagement with suppliers, we aim to support continuous improvement and responsible manufacturing across the supply chain.

Additionally, many of our partner factories are Sedex-registered and SMETA-audited, providing structured transparency and ethical risk assessment across our network.
For partners without formal certifications, we apply internal assessments and audit processes to evaluate alignment with our ethical and social standards. Our partner factories are currently under review and undergoing procedures and infrastructure improvements to meet Accord standards. Our approach emphasizes transparency, open communication, and ongoing improvement, supporting responsible practices throughout our supplier network.
